Welcome to the start of your wellbeing journey, its nice to meet you. My name is Sharon Monks, and as a practitioner, I hold a degree in Medical Herbalism, graduating with a First Class BSc (Hons) from the University of Westminster in London”

To ensure your health is in safe hands, the areas covered by my expertise include:

• Dietetics and Dietary Therapy
• Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology, Systems Pathology
• Pharmacology
• Materia Medica
• Clinical Diagnosis
• Prescription Dispensing
• Over 500 clinic hours

Maintaining a focus on preventative and synergistic healthcare solutions, rather than ill health management, I aim to draw from each of the fields I have trained in, in order to formulate a person-centred, integrated health plan for you. Whilst patients usually come to see me for personalised plant based medical prescriptions to help alleviate ill health symptoms they are experiencing, my primary approach to treatment plans include providing the tools, guidance and support you may need. For longer-term effectiveness, this allows you to create your own more natural and nourishing lifestyle that your health will thrive in.

To complement this, I also hold qualifications in both the Fitness and Diet and Nutrition fields, because I believe in order for a healthcare plan to be successful and sustainable, that provision should be as multi-faceted as the individual it is for.

I also choose to register with some of the leading governing bodies in Medical Herbalism and Natural Healthcare, including the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, the General Naturopathic Council and Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. This means you can be satisfied my skills and abilities are regularly refreshed with updates and information relevant to each area of care that I practice.

Synergistic healthcare solutions – working from the root source, empowering you to achieve your own wellbeing goals.
