The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy

As a nutritional therapist, I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows me to work with individuals to address their nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health. In working with clients, I apply three principles: nutrition, mindset and physical training in order to achieve the desired outcome.”

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a Leading UK Mind & Body Coach helping people fall in love with a healthy lifestyle. My passion for healthy living started at a young age being part of a ballet group. My career in the field of nutrition started back in Poland when I studied Dietetics, advising hospitalised patients on the importance of tailored diets and lifestyle recommendations.

In 2004 I came to the United Kingdom to start a new life. However I didn’t speak any English. As well as studying English, I was attending various courses in fitness and wellness, and finished with the 5-year degree in Nutritional Therapy at University of West London. As a Mind & Body Coach, working with clients for the last three years on lifestyle transformation programmes allowed me to understand the importance of applying all three principles: nutrition, mindset and physical training in order to achieve a desired outcome.

As a Nutritional Therapist, I run iTransform health and wellness business, part of which is working with individuals who experience gastrointestinal issues such as increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut), acid reflux, food intolerances and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), as well as autoimmune conditions, weight management and mental health.

I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows me to work with individuals to address their nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health. Among the tests offered are functional laboratory tests, including Genova Diagnostics, Cyrex tests, Regenerus Labs, Invivo Clinical and Genetic Testing.

I consider each individual to be unique and I recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and I always refer any client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their medical professional. I will also frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care to explain any nutritional therapy programme that has been provided.
