Workshop: Nutrition for Healthy Weight Loss

Are you a woman, who is juggling bringing up kids and/or running a business and who is struggling to lose weight and keep it off. Do you yo-yo from diet to diet with your weight fluctuating wildly? Or do you simply not know where to start? If you want to lose weight in a healthy way, this workshop is for you.

Please come and join my interactive workshop in this beautiful and tranquil venue near Sandy, Bedfordshire. I will show you how to support your body through nutrition and lifestyle choices so that you can successfully lose weight and keep it off.

During the workshop I will show you how to prepare quick, easy and nutritious recipes you can incorporate in your daily routine. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let me know at least 3 days before the workshop. We also have some fitness activities planned half way through the workshop.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight or maintain it, you’ll learn simple ways of introducing healthy and nutritious foods into your busy lifestyle and you’ll get to take a part in physical activity (don’t worry this is nothing too strenuous).

About me:

My passion for health started in my childhood when I was part of a ballet group. I love helping people improve their health through nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Thus, I am launching a series of nutrition and lifestyle workshops where I share with you my expertise in nutrition and fitness and help you start your journey into better health. Having done weight loss programmes over the last 3 years, I have supported many clients to start their journey into better health. It is very rewarding to receive messages months or years later from clients who still living the healthy lifestyle they started with me.
